Youth Buddhism Communication Inc. was established in 1984. YBCI emphasizes on spreading the authentic teachings of Buddhism, and protecting the three gems: Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. By applying Buddhism teaching in the daily life, one becomes closer in reaching the goal of a peaceful life. YBCI center hosts numerous community events and lectures relating to Buddhism. It also publishes a monthly magazine, which reports activities of various Buddhist Organizations in the US primarily the East Coast.) In addition to the magazine, YBCI broadcast a Cantonese Buddhist Radio Program every week at New York’s Chung Wah Commercial Broadcasting (CWCB) and Sino cast (Los Angeles). The Youth Buddhism Communication monthly magazine and the radio broadcasting are produced and published continuously. All costs are provided by the YBCI through contributions and volunteers.
